Job Description: Attending to inbound phone enquiries, feedback from customers, provide information & efficient service in answering requests.
Handle all non-sales related enquiries from customers.
Route/transfer sales related calls to the proper agents or Business Support team.
If all sales agents are busy, obtain relevant customer details and assign to a telesales agent for call back.
Update customers about company? new products and services.
Record, produce and prepare any statistic or report requested by supervisor/manager.
