Job Description: You will provide technical support for our software and hardware range of products. This includes pre-sales and post-sales technical support, testing of new products for hardware and software, system integration and other general support and functions of the company.
You should also be very familiar with Networking and Wireless products and experience in Network design and implementation.
Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
Experience: Minimum 3 ?5 years relevant experience in pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
Skills: Very good understanding of networking, internetworking and telecommunications.
Knowledge in Networking/Communication (802.1x, EAP-TLS, PEAP) a must.
Must be a team player, proactive and result oriented.
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be able to do presentation and conduct technical training.
