Job Description: Attending to inbound phone enquiries, feedback from customers, provide information & efficient service in answering requests.
Handle all non-sales related enquiries from customers.
Route/transfer sales related calls to the proper agents or Business Support team.If all sales agents are busy, obtain relevant customer details and assign to a telesales agent for call back.
Update customers about company new products and services.
Record, produce and prepare any statistic or report requested by supervisor/manager.
Assist in Telesales during promotion periods and as and when the need arise.
Qualifications: Minimum Diploma Holder, preferably from IT background.
Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
Skills: Good communication skills.
Pleasant & out-going personality.
Language: Must be able to speak good Mandarin. Fluent in written and spoken English.
