Desktop Services Manager
The Job
To provide management leadership to the Managed Desktop Services team in delive desktop services to the managed services customers.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and be accountable for Desktop Services Budget and SLA
- Assist Account Management team in introducing new services
- Manage customer satisfaction and expectations
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Management or related
- Minimum 8 years experience in Management Discipline or related
- Strong knowledge in organizational and financial management
- Excellent verbal and write communication skills in English
- Flexible, adaptable, a self-starter and able to interact with all levels of people
