Desktop Services Manager

The Job

To provide management leadership to the Managed Desktop Services team in delive desktop services to the managed services customers.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and be accountable for Desktop Services Budget and SLA
  • Assist Account Management team in introducing new services
  • Manage customer satisfaction and expectations

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Management or related
  • Minimum 8 years experience in Management Discipline or related
  • Strong knowledge in organizational and financial management
  • Excellent verbal and write communication skills in English
  • Flexible, adaptable, a self-starter and able to interact with all levels of people
