Remote Services Manager

The Job

To provide management leadership to the Regional Remote Services team in deliver desktop remote services to our customers

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the Desktop Services Manager in defining and implementing strategies/solutions
  • Define best practices for operational use and management of E2E desktop to sets
  • Provide development and approval of standard documentation to support deployment, configuration, usage and in an E2E Desktop Environment
  • Manage an expert technical team

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Management or related
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in technical management
  • Sound knowledge and interest in desktop technologies such as Microsoft SMS Computer Associates Unicenter
  • Flexible, adaptable, a self-starter and able to interact with all levels of people
  • Hands on experience in project management will be an added advantage
