The Job:
To manage incoming calls in a multinational call center.
Key Accountabilities:
- To provide assistance and assurance to the caller
- Able to handle callers that are impatient or are in distress
Requirements:
- Very passionate about helping and caring for others
- Willing to show care and concern to others
- Possess a calm and positive attitude
- Possess strong verbal and communication skills
- Minimum completion of Form 5
- Able to work night shifts
- Basic internet skills
- Applicants with no experience are also welcomed
Benefits:
- Weekly schedule will consist of 4 working days and 3 off days and at least 1 weekend off in a month
- Training provided
