The Job:

To manage incoming calls in a multinational call center.

Key Accountabilities:

  • To provide assistance and assurance to the caller
  • Able to handle callers that are impatient or are in distress

Requirements:

  • Very passionate about helping and caring for others
  • Willing to show care and concern to others
  • Possess a calm and positive attitude
  • Possess strong verbal and communication skills
  • Minimum completion of Form 5
  • Able to work night shifts
  • Basic internet skills
  • Applicants with no experience are also welcomed

Benefits:

  • Weekly schedule will consist of 4 working days and 3 off days and at least 1 weekend off in a month
