Quality Assurance & Compliance Personnel
Key Accountabilities:
- Explore new ways to improve current processes and methodologies;
- Implementation of new procedures, guidelines or compliance standards;
- Conduct compliance review on processes and projects. Prepare compliance report and documentation;
- Conduct review on service level agreement;
- Perform audit review.
Requirements:
- A recognized tertiary degree in Computer Science or IT.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the IT field. Out of which, minimum 3 years of related working experience :
- Involved as project coordinator or project manager;
- Involved in process or quality improvement;
- Involved in the preparation of project documentation;
- Reviewing of audit or compliance documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with users and IT staff of all levels;
- Ability to write effectively such as preparing procedure, guidelines and review reports etc;
- Possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills;
- Ability to plan and work independently with minimum supervision;
- Thorough, detailed and meticulous in work approach
- Preference will be given to those who have prior work experience in quality assurance or compliance areas of financial or banking environment.
