Quality Assurance & Compliance Personnel

Key Accountabilities:

  • Explore new ways to improve current processes and methodologies;
  • Implementation of new procedures, guidelines or compliance standards;
  • Conduct compliance review on processes and projects. Prepare compliance report and documentation;
  • Conduct review on service level agreement;
  • Perform audit review.

Requirements:

  • A recognized tertiary degree in Computer Science or IT.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the IT field. Out of which, minimum 3 years of related working experience :
    • Involved as project coordinator or project manager;
    • Involved in process or quality improvement;
    • Involved in the preparation of project documentation;
    • Reviewing of audit or compliance documentation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with users and IT staff of all levels;
  • Ability to write effectively such as preparing procedure, guidelines and review reports etc;
  • Possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills;
  • Ability to plan and work independently with minimum supervision;
  • Thorough, detailed and meticulous in work approach
  • Preference will be given to those who have prior work experience in quality assurance or compliance areas of financial or banking environment.
