Apart from existing channels of sourcing applicants, U-Com Systems has a large current database of quality I.T. professionals, established over 10 years in I.T. recruitment. We can efficiently single out suitable qualified people for the job in response to our clients’ requirements. All prospective applicants are interviewed for assessment of technical competence as well as role and corporate suitability. Unless otherwise requested, resumes are presented to our clients in a format unique to U-Com Systems, prefaced by a profile sheet, summarising the interviewers’ comments on the candidate’s suitability. On request, reference check reports are forwarded to clients. We do the screening, and you pay our fee only upon successful placement.

Client Advertising

In conjunction with our advertising agency, we provide full placement advertising services for our clients with major publications such as “New Straits Times” and “The Star”, as well as other regional and international publications. Where required, the construction of the advertisement from brief or scratch, and obligation-free quotations for productions, are provided free of charge by U-Com Systems.

We extend to our clients the opportunity to place their job description and requirements on our Web site. Organisations with whom we have a preferred supplier relationship may choose to place on our site a link to their own site, free of charge.

Performance Reviews

As an integral part of its services, U-Com Systems provides clients the option to jointly review the performance of its consultants on a periodic basis, at no additional cost. We are always available to mediate should working relationship issues arise.

Our office is centrally located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Clients are welcome to use our interviewing rooms to interview our applicants and consultants.
