Job Description: Manage inbound pre-sales queries as per the correct business processes and close them as sales.
Up-sell and cross-sell from the original requirement.
Create and send quotes through e-mail or fax.
Outbound follow-ups on quotes.
Effectively utilize resources to provide support to Customers.
Provide information related to products, campaigns, availability of products/ services, etc.
Be updated on all promotions and campaigns.
Take initiative in improving processes.
Liaise with the relevant business groups to effectively support the queries.
Manage the company Online Inbox (24hrs response time)
Qualifications: Posses at least a Diploma in IT
Experience: At least 1 year of Sales/ customer relationship experience.
Skills: Must have excellent/ good knowledge in IT - IT literate.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Call center background would be an added advantage.
Language: Excellent communication and presentation skills - must be able to speak good English or Mandarin.

Job Description: Attending to inbound phone enquiries, feedback from customers, provide information & efficient service in answering requests.
Handle all non-sales related enquiries from customers.
Route/transfer sales related calls to the proper agents or Business Support team.
If all sales agents are busy, obtain relevant customer details and assign to a telesales agent for call back.
Update customers about company? new products and services.
Record, produce and prepare any statistic or report requested by supervisor/manager.
Assist in Telesales during promotion periods and as and when the need arise.
Qualifications: Minimum Diploma Holder, preferably from IT background.
Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
