Job Description: Manage inbound pre-sales queries as per the correct business processes and close them as sales.
Up-sell and cross-sell from the original requirement.
Create and send quotes through e-mail or fax.
Outbound follow-ups on quotes.
Effectively utilize resources to provide support to Customers.
Provide information related to products, campaigns, availability of products/ services, etc.
Be updated on all promotions and campaigns.
Take initiative in improving processes.
Liaise with the relevant business groups to effectively support the queries.
